The process

The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. After we receive the form, we’ll reach out within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email and a link for your free initial consultation.

01. Contact us

During our call, we’ll meet and chat about your business goals and needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll either create a bespoke package for go through a package that best suits your needs and business goals.

02. The initial consultation

After our initial consultation, we’ll send you a follow-up email detailing what we discussed on the call with an official project proposal. We will also outline what we require from you (if anything) Once you review it and are happy with it, we’ll send you the contract as well as the first invoice.

03. Contract & Invoice

After we receive your payment and the signed contract, we will initiate the onboarding process. You will get the onboarding materials, need to fill out the onboarding form and questionnaire, and share your brand assets with us.

Once we receive the all the information requested from you, we’ll schedule a ‘launch call’ verbally confirming all details and to provide with the opportunity to add any additional information that we may need to proceed that was not mentioned before. Shortly after, we’re ready to start working towards your goals and creating the first content calendar!
